Fandoghi (round) pistachios closed shell

Fandoghi (round) pistachios closed shell are the result of separating opened and closed shell pistachios using a pistachio separator. Two types of processing are done on closed shell pistachios based on their type and quality, one is to break the shell and separate the kernel, and the other is to natural open the shell.

There are two main applications for closed shell pistachios:

• Using the kernel inside
• Production of mechanically opened or water-opened pistachios
