Akbari pistachios closed shell

Akbari pistachios closed shell are the result of separating cracked and closed-shell pistachios using a pistachio separator. Two types of processing are done on closed shell pistachios based on their type and quality, one is to break the shell and separate the kernel, and the other is to crack the shell.

There are two main applications for closed shell pistachios:

• Using the kernel inside
• Producing mechanically opened or water-opened pistachios

Akbari pistachios have unique features due to their cultivation in various geographical locations.
