Ahmad Aghaei closed shell
Ahmad Aghaei closed shell pistachio is the result of separating cracked and closed shell pistachios using a pistachio separator device. Two types of processing are done on closed shell pistachios based on their type and quality, one is to break the shell and separate the kernel, and the other is to crack the shell.
There are two main applications for uncracked pistachios:
- Breaking and separating the kernels
- Producing water-cracked pistachios
